I want to send an email when a specific field of a table changes.
I’ve searched on this forum and can find related posts. But all older ones before the flow functionality.
How can I make this work?

I ended up using Zapier. Zapier triggers when a record is updated. A little annoying bc I have limited Zap runs and my runs are kinda crazy. Feels like if I can run tasks I should be able to have a task run based on a record update too. But I think they are trying to limit our automations.
Unless I’m missing the point , you can send an email on a form submission or an inline edit (the grid must have inline editing enabled). You can then add criteria to the email. In the example below, I have set the email to send if the “Group” has changed.
A good example of this would be when a ‘Status’ field has changed. You can also be more specific by using “has changed to” or “has changed from” if you need to send an email only when it has moved from or to another specific value, rather than simply “changed.”
Please note that this only works in the live app; there are no email rules for the builder when making changes to the table directly.
