Selling an item doesn't show up in Reporting

I haven’t been able to find an answer so I’d thought I’d ask. Has anyone else had an issue with selling an item and it not showing up in the the reporting area? For instance, with my situation when I sell an item (choosing sold as the activity) from inventory it will not show up unless I then go in builder.knack.com and set the activity to “SOLD” manually as it is ends up being blank. Then it will show up when in BITS.

Nothing was changed on my end. The feature was working and then suddenly stopped working. I’ve checked all settings and features and nothing is different. Did the software get updated and I missed something and has this broken for others and there is a fix or setting I should be aware of? This broke for us sometime around October 2024 and we never noticed until this past Summer. I’ve been manually adding the item as it’s been to busy to deal with it until now.

Hi @Eric8 - Have you raised a support ticket?

If you’ve not made any changes to record rules or moved field in the table, which could cause “order of operation” issues, then it could be a bug. Not something I’ve seen personally, very curious :thinking:
