Image field doesn't show in App

It's likely that I am missing something simple.

I imported data via CSV and setup my application for a demonstration.

Then, I added the image and rating fields. Neither of these new fields will show in the app. I ented some data into these fields via the builder for one of the records.

How do I get these new fields to show in the app?

Received an answer from support. I missed the part about adding the field to the page to be displayed. Easy peasy once I got this nugget of information. I should have figured this out since not all of the fields are displayed by default.
