Remove "account settings" link

I’d like to remove the account settings link on my app. Just because no one really uses it and it’s taking up too much space. Looking for any help with this?

Hi Kim,

  1. Delete the Account Settings page under User Pages
  2. Create a new Account Settings page under All Pages
  3. Then uncheck “Include this page in the Page Menu”
