Would be a great feature if users could preview Excel and Word file attachments in Knack like how you can view PDF and JPG files easily. Thanks.
I have uploaded documents containing all the following file extensions and tested their current "previewability" status. I'd appreciate if the previewer can be updated to work with as many of these as possible so I don't have to convert them all to PDF before uploading. It is a problem for users to be *forced* to download the non-previewable files to their private devices in order to view them.
No Preview currently available:
- *.doc
- *.docx
- *.eml
- *.htm
- *.msg
- *.rtf
- *.tif
- *.xls
- *.xlsx
Preview available (of the file types I typically work with):
- *.html
- *.txt
