Would be cool if we could create a permalink for a view/record.

Can you elaborate a bit on what you need here? Each record has a unique ID which is accessible in the URL in the Live App or through the inspector in the Builder.
Views have a unique "view_number" which can be seen in the URL when you're in the Builder. We have that detailed out in our "Finding scene and view keys" in our developer documentation.
