Page Menu is uppercase for dropdowns

Not sure where to post this as it is a bug (I hope), but those reports want a URL, which I don’t think would help.

Was going the Header and Page Menu in Live App design, and I had never tried the modern design yet.

What I noticed though is the Page Menu - Dropdowns are always in uppercase regardless of what Page Menu is set to.

In legacy I had my pages with proper capitalization, in modern I am forced to use Uppercase as the dropdown pages use uppercase regardless of any settings. I think this is a bug as the builder shows it correctly.

I would hope that the behaviour was that dropdown menus would follow the menu design.

I’m not sure this is a bug but I have raised it with @Kara our Principal Product Manager.

Thanks for posting - I agree, the dropdown menus should follow the menu design.
I have not been able to replicate this on my end - the Live App dropdowns match the builder preview.

I think opening a ticket with Support would be a good idea, as there may be something more specific going on that they can troubleshoot. The URLs do help them with investigating!

Hi Adrian,

It looks like something with your CSS is over-riding knacks styling.

When I disabled your CSS, the dropdown menu became lower case:

Thanks for the quick response.

I had checked my CSS for anything to do with the header.
I didn’t realise it would be my custom Button layout that would affect it.

All sorted now. Thanks again.
