When a user first visits my app, I don’t want it to display any data until they click search/filter fields.

I see where I can set a custom filter, but that still shows the filtered records. I only want a search box and filter options seen by the user until the user clicks the search button. Is this possibly?

Can we assume you're using a Search view?
