Our original fix did not account for specific situations. The engineering team has a new fix that they are working on and I’ll update you when it is released!

… and by the way, the link of the Intro Video page of the Help does not work.

ps: Intro Video link works too.
ps2: If I were you, I would put a more enthusiastic and smiling person to deliver the speech of the video. An Intro Video is very important to convert leads.
