I have a 3 way login i am struggling with, the user tenant can only log in their property is working fine, once issue is created shoots an email to management email and creates a record on dashboard, where it allows admin to assign a contractor which then updates the table with assigned contractor.

The contractor then logs in can only see his assigned task, this is not happening as all tasks are coming up, how do i resolve this please help

Assigned tasks need to be connected to the relevant contractor.

Hi

I have not been using assign to option but online editing and choosing a contractor, the view option to email contractor.

Can assigned to allow a action to contractor

You say that you are assigning a contractor to a task. The contractor must be part of the accounts object. You can then crate a view showing records connected to logged in account. The contractor will only see their own task records.
