Multiple fields in same object need same lookup table

I have an object with increments of time 0 minutes to 12 hours (see image below).  

In the spreadsheet is a dropdown for 3 columns.  It is tracking how much time is spent on each of these items (fields).

I created 3 fields in the object and I want to know if knack allows me to create a dropdown of the same values for the fields.

I think I figured it out after playing around.
