Multiple choice field could have a 5th display option as Qty.
This would makes it work similar to how Address fields work i.e. multiple fields disguised as one field.
Currently to achieve a similar effect you would have to create multiple Number fields. Creating a qty. multiple choice would not only save time in setting up the fields in the first place, but also potentially improve layouts of forms without having to use custom CSS, as well as by essentially making multiple Number forms have a clear association it could have built in features like being able to call up the total entries, which entry represents the Mode, and perhaps make the workflow of creating a report easier.
