Lost objects and pages: Need Faster response from Support and more transparency

I have suddenly lost objects and pages from my apps. Since the object was one of the most important, my apps is now DOWN. Does anyone had a similar issue?

And not to help no response from support since 5 hours.... Is Friday a day-off ?

I've experienced a similar problem when I was editing a page in multiple browser tabs. The tab in which I've saved the last time had overwritten the changes of different view elements which I've made in the other browser tab.

Hopefully you'll get your data back. You should make a backup as soon you've got back to a working app by creating a app copy:
