Let user choose the theme color he/she wants to use in app

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to create an option to let user choose if he/she wants to use a brighter theme color or a darker one?

Maybe this can be done with javascript to load different css external files according to users choice... But I have no idea how to do that.
