Form submit rules order - can't make it work

Thanks in advance for any help... I'm a bit stumped with this one.

Three form submit rules operating on the same field, with the bottom rule always firing:

I can drag the bottom rule to the top, but it doesn't remain there after saving the page.

Any thoughts?

What you're doing should work but, maybe this will 'trigger' an idea...

  • Copy the Child Page Views to a holding page
  • Delete the Rules
  • Re-enter Rules and new child pages but this time leave the Default to perform a function like 'Show Confirmation' or 'Order Pizza'
  • Find (or make) another field to trigger the 'Add Cost by Time Item Page'
