Forgot Password on User Logon not sending email

Hi - We’ve been running an app for a long time and I’ve discovered that the (forgot?) password link on the logon screen is no longer working for users.

I’ve tested with my user and there’s nothing going to the SPAM folder.

Any suggestions for trouble shooting?

If you’ve not already, I’d recommend raising a support ticket as this is not normal behaviour.

I’ve sporadically had this issue too and never could figure out if my users were just crazy or what…
