Flows Timeout Limitation

Test driving some of the new Flows functionality. Have a simple flow to email me when a payment comes in via Quickbooks. The flow receives the trigger from QBO, looks up the customer from the ID (why this needs to be done in two steps is another issue I’ll to address seperately) and then send me a notification. Got my first error when QBO failed to respond after 10 seconds when looking up the customer from their ID.

Is it just me or is 10 seconds a severely limiting timeout limitation? Zapier’s is 30 seconds, if I’m not mistaken.

Hi Garrett - Yes, this timeout limit is currently 10 seconds but we are investigating raising it to a higher level based on your / other’s feedback.
