Filter Values should contain what's in table view not what's in entire database (user role issue)

As a user, I would like Knack to fix the bug that I am currently experiencing in my customer portal. The customer portal has view’s containing tables of the customer’s data. However, the filters on those tables contain all the unique values that are in the entire database table. This is unacceptable. We cannot have customer’s viewing other customer’s data.

I found a post about this very issue from 2020 but there doesn’t seem to be a work around for my situation. I have multiple customers with multiple employees. Employees can see all of their customer data. However, the filters contain all values not just the ones in the current table that they are viewing.
