Fetch record using ticket number

I would like to fetch record using ticket number without login page.

Scenario is - I want to send email to customer after technician submit is activities. Customer will enter ticket number (without login) and then connected record to ticket number will be displayed

I have tried option using list, details under pages but it doesnt achieve functionality I am trying to implement
