Where there some changes that I’m not aware about the embedded options?
It worked just fine for the last 2 years, but since last week something is broken, the login page does not show all the info, only a login button and when I click on it another window is open showing the knack webapp, instead of having it all correctly embedded like it was.
May be similar to this thread 
Yes it is. I had the cookie option selected for user logins and it always worked fine. I had to switch to the token option to get it to work the same way as it always did.

Can you elaborate on this? I have no cookie/token option on the Embed page.
You have to do this within your app.
Here is the place where you’ll find it. All the way at the bottom of user logins.
