When getting knack to send emails you can only edit the email template in a WYSIWYG format.
This causes display issues - it's very hard to get things neatly lined up (consistent white space between paragraphs etc.)
it often feels as if empty tags are being created (e.g. I make a bullet point, then remove it. The bullet point list is still there just with no contents, which affects the whitespace).
I presume that information is saved in html encoding or something similar. It would be great if there was an option to directly edit the HTML which would allow me to be much more precise with the display and delete any empty tags that it creates such as the above.
