Email Sent Frequency

I am using the Email notifications more and more but it would be nice to have more frequency options such as every 3 or 4 days instead of just one day or one week. It would also be nice (make life a little easier) if there was also an option to just send the email once.

I have been using Knack for many years and really love the software. Thank you!
