We’re opening up early access to one of our most-requested features: Scheduling & Booking, built natively into Knack.
We’re looking for 15–20 builders who are ready to kick the tires and share feedback. If you’ve been waiting for a way to let users book appointments, manage bookable resources, or build scheduling workflows, this is your moment!
Here’s what you’ll get access to:
Bookable resources (people, equipment, rooms - whatever you might be managing)
Shift configuration, personal time off, and holiday calendars
Self-service booking for your end users
Multi-day appointment support
Works in single and multi-timezone setups
Works in existing and new apps
Works in Next-Gen only
What we’re asking from early access members:
Explore the feature with a real use case
Share feedback on what’s working, what’s confusing, and what’s missing
Report bugs or rough edges as you find them
This is early access, so expect some polish still in progress, but the core functionality is live and ready to build with.
Hi @Kara,
I’m unable to sign up for the early access for some reason. There’s a login and my credentials are not working?
This scheduling features is the highest priority feature for me. Something I’ve been looking forward to for years (see my post a long time ago about updates to scheduling). I’ve built interactive room/resource booking systems using Knack already, which integrate with our tablet and large format directory displays.
Can you help me gain early access?
Hi @Kara , as stated, my Knack credentials are not working and I am unable to sign up. It says login unsuccessful, check email and pw and try again. I have also attempted pw reset and that is not sending a link either. I’ve also tried my affiliate login. I’m logged into the Knack app, so I know that my account is working. Any ideas?
