There are a few solutions to this, but they all require more than just code that you can copy and paste. I'll give you a couple ideas:
1) Watch for the post request for login and change a field in the accounts table with the Knack api to active/inactive.
2) Have a hidden form on each page that is auto-submitted to update a 'last activity' field in the account table
