Long display rules can make it difficult to rearrange each individual rule. Often I'll have to zoom out to drag correctly, sometimes I even have to turn my monitor so that it is portrait rather than landscape. Adding the ability to move an individual rule up or down would be helpful. Look at WordPress blocks editor for inspiration.
