Custom Forms Output

Hi Community, 

 

I am a celebrant and part of our requirement is to complete government forms.  I can collect all of the data through creating an app, but I am wondering if I can have an output that delivers the forms in the exact format that I need?  Like can I upload a PDF document and have the field populated from the data that is input and then have them emailed from the app?

Hello Bryan,

Using PDF is possible but have lot of work for this need to use third party API script, but instead of PDF you can use CSV file with small javascript code you can achieve this .
