Confusing community, feature, bug and docs setup for knack

Just wanting to hear if I am the only one that finds Knacks documentation, community, guides, docs quite confusing.

Feels like there is a new form, URL or login scattered all over depending on what you are looking for.

And add next-gen to the mix, where we know have the product.knack.com page.

Could be so nice with a unified entrance for all of it, linked to our builder accounts, not having to make separate accounts and login.

I feel like there is no structure around it, and it has been like this for years.

Maybe its just me, but would like to ask if anyone else is finding it difficult to navigate the ecosystem surrounding Knack?

I find the whole product strategy confusing, if that helps Simon.!

Yes I agree. Everything should be centralised with one site. The docs are just as confusing as the increasing number of websites. We were trying to find info on the ternary in equation fields but couldn’t find it in v3 docs had to search Google to find it.

Omg @CSWinnall - I had the same issue today. I was trying to find the ternary operator page for calculating a duration. If you search under “Classic” for ‘Ternary’ there are no results. However, you do get results under Next Gen, which is odd as both environments use the ternary operator. :thinking:

As long as we’re at it. How about a simple IF-THEN-ELSE statement and a SWITCH-CASE?

Not to mention we could add a few hundred functions that might be useful.
