Change Filter Text on Menu Link based on filtered records

I have a table with 12 filter tabs, 1 tab for each month of the year.

The tabs are set up: Tab 1 = Current Month, Tab 2 = Previous Month, Tab 3 = 2 Months before current months, etc.

Now, I would like to have the Filter Text change automatically to the MONTH of the filtered records.

Is there any way to accomplish this?
