I’m a Knack/website admin, and want to add my voice for making some kind of captcha functionality available when constructing Knack sign-up forms.

Previous requests of this sort (1, 2) have been answered with some variation of “since Knack is using JavaScript to generate its forms, it’s unlikely to be a target for spammers.” But this is obviously no longer true: We are currently seeing 1 - 5 attempted spam sign-ups per day through our embedded Knack sign-up form.

Having a check-box option to add reCaptcha (or something similar) to sign-up forms would be welcome.
