Help! I just ran a batch update on some records which I need to reverse. The auto message when I run an update always says it can be cancelled, but I can’t figure out how.

Unfortunately that won’t revert. I’d suggest shooting an email to support@knack.com with as much information about the time, a link to the object it was in, and an idea of what needs reversion and we can see if we can take care of that for you.
