API Latency and Poor Knack Support

Is anyone else seeing increasingly more frequent issues with the API? I have sent an array of PUT requests two hours ago, and they are currently being completed at a rate of 30 requests per hour, which is insane to me. 

I've reached out to support about this, but they do not respond at all. Anyone else experiencing this?

Nudge them again, I have had as many as 3 tickets in over the past week and they respond usually within 24 hours on the Pro account
