Advanced Knack pivot tables

Continuing on from this discussion I had with Leigh earlier.

This solution tackles some limitations that Knack’s native pivot tables have to provide some more advanced calculations and groupings.

Additional benefits this solution provides:

  • Table row groupings show on an individual lines rather than flat
  • Can add both multiple calculations and an x-axis grouping
  • No limitations on number of group combinations outputted
  • Additional calculations, such as unique count, ratio, ratio %, first value and last value
  • Add and filter by connected field values
  • Display a sub-totals column
  • Adjust width and alignment of calculated columns
  • Drill-through to a record on a first or last value calculation field
  • Export data to a formatted CSV

Crikey that looks useful @StephenChapman and will solve a lot of the advanced Pivot Table feature requests and reporting needs out there.

Thanks @BradStevens, definitely plugs a few gaps! Hopefully Knack implement some of these features in the Next-Gen pivot tables.
