Add records via Make emails

I’m using a Make scenario to add new records based on watching emails sent from Gmail. I’m able to successfully find the record based on the object’s email address. However, I want Make to add a new record to Knack that has a connection to that client. That’s where I can’t seem to figure it out. We use Knack as a CRM for wedding clients. One object is Clients, and other is “Emails.” Whenever we send an email to the client, we want to automatically use Make to add a new “Email” record in Knack and connect it to that client.
