Over the last few months, our app page-load has dramatically dropped in speed. We have also noticed a huge uptick in load errors, typically “Error Loading Resource” or “502 Server Error.” We see these in our API calls as well as our page loads across all of our objects; it’s impossible to tell if there is a pattern to this behavior or if it is fully random.
Is this commonplace? Are other users experiencing these issues? Is this a fixable problem, or is this just an ongoing bug with the new Knack updates? It’s driving myself (the IT tech) and our company crazy.
