We’re aware that some elements in Next-Gen may be displaying with unexpected column widths. Our team has identified the cause and we are actively working on a fix.
In the meantime, you are able to manually resize the columns in the live app by dragging the column boundaries to adjust width. Our upcoming fix will also restore the expected text wrapping in the columns.
Currently, it is our plan to deploy a hotfix tomorrow (Jan 23, 2026). We are appreciative of your patience and will share an update once it’s live.
@Kara thanks for your prompt advise. Not sure if this is part of the issue but, although I can resize in Live app, when customizing, it does not work as well. I tried % and px, no impact on page.
Also can we see logs of what is daily migrated? Is there a ETA? I find this issue to impact my dev time since it will eventually resolve, just asking.
@Michel We pushed out a hotfix about ten minutes ago to address the text wrapping issue, there will be one more fix coming tomorrow for the other column resizing issues.
Glad to hear. It was driving me crazy. We have receipts that are printed for our customers and they are showing the horizontal scroll bar even though it not needed. Hopefully these hotfixes will take care of it.
Hi @Kara , I’m still experiencing issues with the column widths / text wrapping. I see the problem was identified on January 22nd, then a hot fix was implemented on January 23rd… but I am still having issues with column widths. Any chance I can get an ETA for a hot fix? Thanks!
I am also having column width issues that I believe started yesterday. Column adjustments seem to display fine in the builder, but get messed up in the live app.
