How can I sort the dropdown options for connections in a form view? Thanks

Change the sort order in Object Settings for the “Referred By” object.

I’ve included on the query (see screenshot) and it is not sorting.

Those are the object settings for the Business Services object, but “Referred By” is a user object, correct? So you should update the object settings for that user object.
