I would love to see a few social connectors like twitter, email, e.t.c. to allow interaction. An example would be building the helpdesk used here to allow emailing a ticket or capturing keywords in twitter to create tickets.
I would love to see Knack recreate the helpdesk/form they have here with Knack then it would be powerful (Challenge!!!)
