Search forms should allow for parent-child filtering

Forms currently support parent-child filtering (see help article). Search views should also support this so that end users of the application only see the appropriate child values for the selected parent.

Seconded. This would be helpful in creating an archive of documents. You can select one topic area then see relevant sub-areas to find a specific document.
