I totally agree with this. I am looking at $1400 a month in the new year and the business turnover is $2000 a month. I design apps for charities and so can’t charge large monthlies, it’s just becoming untenable and I will let down 10 charity organisations if I close. I do hope Knack reconsiders.
I’m fairly sure Knack has special prices for Non-profits (but maybe you already take that into account)

My understanding is that the discount is for charity accounts. I build and host the apps for the charities and so I am being classed as an “Agency” with an expected hike up again in Jan, despite the fact I only build for charities.
Thanks for passing on, hopefully something can be done as it will close my little side business down and cause a lot of problems for the charity organisations I build for.

Since we previously had a meeting and several subsequent email engagements I felt we were actively working on this. OMG - I had no idea the price would jump this much! We will have to reconsider the use of this applocation for our non-profit organization. Two years ago it was $290 and now it is $442. WOW!!
