So we have been working and using Knack for our business for the past 2 years. Just recently, we got a notification that we will be automatically upgraded to Pro because we have been purchasing API calls with our starter plan. This is working very fine as we do not need the Pro Plan.
Is there any solution for this?

Thank you for sharing your feedback - I believe that notification is due to the subscription plan changes a few months ago.
We recognize that any pricing or plan change can impact our users’ workflows and budgets, especially for long-time customers like yourself. The change was part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our service structure and ensure we can continue providing reliable infrastructure and support for customers as Knack grows.

Are you making any updates to Subscription Plan Add-Ons eligibility?
Yes, there are two changes to our Knack Add-Ons for existing and new customers.
1. Starting November 1st, Add-on Bundles (Records and Storage) and API add-ons are no longer available for customers on Starter plans. Existing customers on Starter plans must upgrade to a Pro subscription plan to get increased record, storage, and API entitlements.
2. Starting November 1st, Pro, Corporate, Plus 1 and Plus 2 plans may only attach up to two Add-on Bundles (Records and Storage). Add-on Bundles include increased entitlements for records and storage. Should you need more records or storage than provided by two Add-On Bundles, you will need to upgrade to the next subscription plan.
