I get an error when trying to use the PayPal feature in Knack.
An error occurred when initiating the PayPal transaction: ACK Failure: Security header is not valid
Can someone clarify what fields corollate with each other.
So in knack
username = account
password = client Id
Signature = secret.
I have tried various combinations and keep getting this error.
Any help please.

I’ve revisited this old issue with PayPal, and I’m experiencing the same problem. Everything seems to be configured correctly (apparently), but I keep getting this message:
An error occurred when initiating the PayPal transaction: ACK Failure: OrderTotal (Amt): Required parameter missing.
I’ve tried resolving it in multiple ways but haven’t managed to fix it. I even created new processors, but that didn’t help either.
Additionally, I integrated Stripe, and it worked perfectly fine.
Is there anyone who can help me with this?
