Hi All
I have set up a search bar with no starter results, so the page is blank except for the search bar.
The reason is that I don't want the user to be able to see all the records in the object. Currently, if they just click search without entering anything into the search bar, then the whole objects records will appear.
I would like to restrict it to minimum 3 characters to be entered before the search will return any results.
Anyone have a trick for making this work?
Note, if some has a code snippet they are willing to share, we have search bars on other pages that need to remain untouched, so it would need to be able to be applied to only this page/bar
