I wanted to give you all a heads-up about a temporary issue we’re facing with our Knowledge Base.

As some of you may have noticed, our Knowledge Base is currently down due to a redirecting issue. Our team is actively working on resolving this, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We understand how crucial the Knowledge Base is for finding answers to your questions and getting the most out of Knack, so please rest assured that we’re doing everything we can to get it back up and running smoothly as soon as possible.

In the meantime, if you have any urgent questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team directly. Our support team is here to help you and will ensure you get the answers you need!

I’ll keep you all posted on this issue here in this thread and will update you all as soon as the issue has been resolved.

Update:
Our KB is back up and running! For those of you following this thread, we hope you’ve had a chance to explore our new and improved Knowledge Base which now houses not only Knack’s Knowledge Base, but our new ticketing system! With this new enhancement, you will have easy access to submitting and tracking submitted tickets to our support team. We’re excited to bring you even more good news as we continue to enhance your experience.

Thanks @Les - I reported it to support a few minutes ago and was told that this was a known issue. Hopefully it will be reosloved shortly as even “experts” use the knowldge base :blush:

As of right now, there is no ETA for the fix, but I will definitely update the thread here once it’s back up and running. We don’t anticipate this to be a long term issue.

Just raised ticket #1895189141 as over half the links are dead on the knowledge base.
