I am trying to import a excel spreadsheet with location entered as Lat and Long. I map it to the address field and then click on the lat and long option. It imports all records but the two columns with the lat and long are black. I even tried to convert is in excel to decimal but still does not work and gives no errors. Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

@kylemcafee, is your address field set to input ‘latitude/longitude’?
It looks like if you try to import with input ‘address’ that it won’t accept the latitude and longitude values.
Yes, Sir. I clicked on lat/long in knack. I can try it again, but I have tried 5 times already. Should it accept minutes and seconds or should it be converted it a decimal first?
