How To Display Only City and State Part of Address Field

How can i display only the city part of the address field? I want to store the full address but in my list details view just want to display only the city, state portion like so: City, ST

We just upgraded our Text Combo field to Text Formula! It no includes functions for getting individual values from complex fields like name or address.
