On some forms we ask for date of birth, and a result the calendar date-picker popup is almost always useless--we have no way of knowing dob ahead of time, which means the calendar is nowhere near the date that needs to be entered.
Anyone know of a specific way to hide/disable the date-picker popup for specific form entries?
