Display Table Borders in the Rich Text View

As a Builder, I would like to be able to set borders & their properites in a Rich Text view to display in the Live App.

Currently these borders display in the Builder view editor to help create the tables, but do not show (without writing custom code) in the Live App.

This would be a very useful feature and help with readability of Rich Text pages.
