Is there a way to customise the URLs (potentially eliminate the “knack.com” segment) as I am sending links to customers to complete forms.
I would like to avoid embedding the form in an external website if possible.

There isn’t a “baked in” feature that will allow you to remove the “knack.com” from the URL.
I have purchased domain names for one clients before and then set a domain forward on it so they could send clients a more company specific address which then redirects.
This obviously redirects and shows the app URL with knack.com but it may be a way around.
