Conditional Visibility (Like Conditional Values)

Hi,

I miss the basics like being able to show/hide a field based on the value of another, we can change the value of a field based on another so why not refine this as attached.

OK, I have found this is already supported just in a different area (Form Rules -> Display Rules of the Add form).
