Combining fields into one table column

I have four different link fields one for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I am trying to have one column in a table display icons for each one if a user has inputted their values for respective links. Any ideas on how to accomplish this? Right now I have a link to a details page where users can click on them, but would like to make the icon the link and have them all combined and not separate columns for it to work.

Use Display Rules.

Make a page with this table. Have a field called Social Media Presence or something like that.

Go to the settings for that field in the table on the page > Display Rules. Set them like this using "IS NOT BLANK". Click the icon link and search for what you need.
